Designed to be made with legs that are at the same time arm rests, but due to lack of time and luck the design was such that it is natural to use it with out legs as modern rocking chair.

Chair will also get some padding in the future, it is included in the design, but not yet made.

One of the block that I started to shape became an interesting candle holder.

As our introduction to metal works we needed to design and produce a seat to kitchen.

Form of the wooden seating part makes this more interesting and also if you need to use this seat for stepping the design makes this possi-ble.

When designing I like to use Solidworks for my designs, I like the possibility to change the dimensions if needed.

Here is one example I designed to fingerjoint exhibition “Uudet syyt” 04/2014 arranged by Kyamk and Propuu in Lahti, Finland.

The joint was made with CNC machine accord-ing to my sketching. I made the table and joint 2 legs together with 3 threaded rods and bolts.

Idea of X-foot was also to be able to stack them and use as sides for a shelf.

I can also use Rhinoceros 3D with V-Ray for designing and rendering.

Grasshopper - chair

Stool for short seating, idea from a wave be-came a narrow chair that can be used in multi-ple ways.

Designed for public areas like bank counter etc for short time resting.
