WHOLESALE POLICY

All first-time wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of initial order by check or

credit card. There is a minimum order of $300.

All pertinent business credit information will be requested.

In the event that your store would like to re-order, we do offer our jewels at a Net 30 Term.

You will be asked to fill out a Business Credit Application For Net 30 Day Terms and an

agreement form. All forms must be emailed or faxed to us before any work will be done on your order.

Buyer will be held responsible for all shipping costs and subject to tax.

In the event that payment is not made within 30 days, Buyer shall pay to Mary Kent

Hearon interest on the entire outstanding balance due and owing to Mary Kent Hearon by Company at the rate of one percent (1.5%) per month (18% per annum) or at the highest interest rate allowable by law, if less, said interest shall commence and accrue as of the date of the first Default and shall continue until the entire outstanding balance shall be

fully paid.
