When we consider the phrase, "The Kingdom of God starts frommyself," if the word "myself" were omitted, it would create aserious situation. The Bible says, "Love the Lord your God withall your mind, will and heart." However the word "Lord" does nothave a simple meaning. The fundamental meaning of the word"Lord" can be recognized substantially only at the place that has

absolute contents, which can never be forgotten. The Kingdom of God does not come by believing in theLord God, but by loving Him. God's Will is fulfilled not by believing in God, but by loving Him. In this sense, you should recognize how immature your faith is and how far away it is from thePrinciple. Even though some of you are attending this meeting for the first time, someone will receiveconsolation and feel joy centered on himself. However, though the Kingdom of God may exist in yourown mind and God feels joy from you, it does not mean that the Kingdom of God has been establisheon earth. It may be an individual Kingdom of God, but it's not the whole Kingdom of God. From thisviewpoint, what God desires is not the individual Kingdom of God. God does not feel joy seeing that.Can we say that because a man feels joy, the nation is established? God tried to fulfill the wholeKingdom of God by unifying all the nations horizontally. Greetings! At the Sunday Service, Hyung Jin Nim spoke about how t he last 2 weeks have beenso busy, with the NRA show in Indianapolis, the Harrisburg GOA rally, and thePhiladelphia Right to Life rally in front of the Planned Parenthood abortion clinicwhere tens of thousands have been killed. The early church emphasized the importance of Christ's lineage, with James,Jesus' brother, wearing a crown as a "King." James's life was ended when herefused to renounce his faith in Jesus. Next Jesus' cousin, Simeon, wore the crownand served as the bishop of Jerusalem. He was tortured and crucified at the age of120 years old in A.D. 106. A few decades later, the Roman Emperor Trajan was stillworried, so he sent in soldiers to end the bloodline by killing two grand-nephews ofJesus.

He spoke about the importance of making conditions, works as a product offaith. We are not saved through works, but producing good fruit is part of theChristian life. True Father's teachings produce self-reliant, public-minded citizens. Paul taught that good works are also important. Peter and Paul both submittedto James, as the reigning "King" of the church. Our actions matter. We want TrueFather to smile in heaven. Not boasting which makes you a Pharisee. Jesus taught"let your left hand not know what your right hand is doing." What level of faith do we have? The example of Abraham sacrificing Isaac onthe altar shows that it is not faith only, not actions only. Rahab the harlot, whohelped the invading Israelites, was justified by works also. The Han mother didmany of the things that True Father asked, but she lost her faith in him and saysshe learned nothing from him. In Colossians, Paul emphasized faith, but also warned believers to be moral.They were teaching the Divine Principle view about our 5% portion ofresponsibility. Hard training and exercizing sovereignty are important. Family Fedmembers left True Father, but think they are always saved because of havingreceived the Blessing, but that is a self-centered way of thinking. We are seriousabout our faith and also having good fruits. A bird needs both wings, not just one,to fly.

by Alex Gaigg Be aware of other people's hermeneutics, that is, theirinterpretations of scriptures. It can only be applied to texts ofpeople and not the Messiah's words. The reason is, the Messiahgave us the Divine Truth from God whereas other spiritual truthsare only approximations of God's Divine truth; not the Divinetruth itself. Of course God spoke through them, but the Messiah'swords are the truth and not an aspect of it open to revisions. Since

Jesus and True Father are one due to their identity of being the begotten Sons ofGod, if one Son's Word is Divine Truth, then so is the other's. When we begin to claim that Rev. Moon's Divine Principle is just aninterpretation of the Bible; we lose sight of everything. First of all, whom do youfollow then? Second, the Divine Principle cannot just be an interpretation since itexpounds new truths about ourselves as spirit people connected to a spirit worldand explains the parallels of history. It reveals God's painful Heart of losing Hischildren and His Heart in trying to save them!

THE FIRE AT NOTRE-DAME

The fire at Notre-Dame, 15th April, was the most shocking event

to happen to France since the French government surrendered toHitler and the evil, boastful power of Nazi Germany in 1940.General De Gaulle fled to London and raised the flag for FreeFrance, France libre. He was not smiling, but he promised thatFrance would become free again. This time, as President Emmanuel Macron walked with hisprime-minister, Edouard Philippe, towards the frightful

conflagration, they were caught on video-film, smirking. The video can be seen oninternet. The prime-minister was saying something behind his hand. The presidentwas finding it difficult to suppress his smile. Macron, a while later, took on the roleof saviour of France, and said that he would restore Notre Dame in five years. TheFrench minister of the interior,Christophe Castanaer, explainedthat "Notre-Dame n'est pas unecathédrale, c'est notrecommun," "Notre-Dame is not acathedral, it is our common (asset)." The first part of Castanaer'scomment sounds ridiculous, but it istrue. Notre-Dame does not belong tothe Catholic Church. It has belonged tothe French state since 1905, like otherFrench cathedrals. The French state is officially non-religious. So from the point ofview of the French government, Notre-Dame is not a "cathedral," a place ofworship; it is just a common asset. The second part of his comment is typicalgovernment hypocrisy, claiming that state property belongs to the commonpeople.
