    PSYCHIAT 766 15 points; Semester 2 (July – Nov) Developed and coordinated by Dr Grant Christie (me) Largely online One 2-day teaching block Student presentations and teleconferencing For CAMHS and AoD workers and anyone

    working with children aged 12+

  • Post-Graduate Certificate in Health Sciences (C & A Mental Health). Three courses

    1. PSYCHIAT 747: C & A Development Semester 1. One teaching block, then online [15 points]

    2. PSYCHIAT 740: C & A Psychopathology Semester 2.Entirely extramural / online [15 point]

    3. PSYCHIAT 768: Assessment, Formulation & Treatment Planning in ICAMH. Full Year. Four 2-day teaching blocks; [30 point]

    - Easier to do in one year (prefer 2)- Fully subscribed- Feedback consistently positive from participants

  • Diploma Courses (60 points)• Early Childhood Mental Health (30 points)

    – Single 2 semester course, blended tutorials –Zoom), 0-5 age group, put the I in your ICAMHS

    • Youth Addictions and CEP (15 points) • CBT with C & Aand their Families 1 & 2 (30 points)

    – High numbers, supervision, immediately applies• Youth Forensic Psychiatry (30 points)

    – Over 20 participants, Youth Justice age increasing• Theory of therapy C & A Mental Health – (15 points)

    – EBM, age appropriate frameworks for tx• Research Methods (15 points)

    – Quan and/or Qual, online

  • New 180-point Master of Health Practice (Infant Child & Adolescent

    MH) from 2019Level PointsCertificate 60 pointsDiploma 60 pointsMasters 60 points

    15 point course plus 45 point service based research project OR 60 point dissertation

    Total 180 points (previously 240 points)Do-able in 4-5 years of part time study (min. 3, max 6 years)
