This here performance management is a right
bit of malarky in’it
What you mean – someone telling you if you have done a good job or not?
Well course that’s good
Serco InternalSerco Internal
So you don’t like being asked for your
opinion either?
No no, course I may have an opinion
occasionally!
Serco InternalSerco Internal
So its being asked about changes that
will happen and how you feel about them?
Course I want to know about changes to my
job, goes without saying dun it!

Well you don’t want to be able to do your job a bit better then
and use your one remaining brain cell
better?
Yeah that’s ok I suppose, at least I may keep my
job a bit longer!

I know there is only me who likes you, in the broadest sense
of the word of course, but would you not like to get
on better with your colleagues
What do you mean nobody likes me but you
– no one has ever told me that!
That’s my point, for once someone might and who
knows you may get invited to the Christmas party this
year!
