Having A Backup Plan Is Suicidal For Your Business!Have you ever wondered why 90% of the businesses fail?

Did you ever notice why people who have a backup plan, aka Plan B, almost never succeed in achieving theirgoals?

If you are thinking that it’s a coincidence, then let me tell you, it’s not!

It’s no accident!

It is by the very virtue of Plan B that entrepreneurs who have a backup plan end up getting no where.

Humans are inherently designed for survival.

A backup plan or Plan B is a plan that you make “in case” your first plan doesn’t work.

It’s a strategy that one designs to act upon if he/she does not succeed in achieving what they actually reallywant.

It is this instinct of survival and self-defense mechanism that our mind surrenders to and we tend to inclinetowards making an action plan if we fail in achieving what we actually want to.

By it’s very nature, a backup plan pushes you into the “trial” mode.

Chalking out a Plan B automatically switches your survival button on.

It extinguishes the burning desire within you.

Instead of igniting the fire needed to achieve your goals, instead of inundating you with the energy to attack yourtargets and overflow you with the passion to chase your dreams and live them, a plan B just does the opposite ofit.

All you need to do is – never have a backup plan on your way to the top!

It is the “what if’s” that drive entrepreneurs to indulge in backup plans.

They fear failure. They fear losing.

Act as though it were impossible to fail.”

~ Dorothea Brandal

All that a backup plan does is, waste infinite amount of your time, waste tonnes of your energy down the drainand leave you nothing but empty handed.

These backup plans, which are actually intended to support you in your times of distress, do exactly the opposite– push you further down the rabbit hole.

These plans never enable you to use your full potential, your energy to the maximum level.

Ironically, a plan B sets you all ready for failure even before you start your journey and you end up losing thebattle.

When you have a burning desire and you put all of your energies into making it a reality the truthis you cannot fail. Failure is impossible, beyond impossible. It isn’t even a thought.

Ah, but when you have that back up plan still lingering in your mind you aren’t truly giving 110% toachieve your goals. Maybe you are giving 75%, even 95%. But that is not good enough.

It takes 100% minimum.”

of life who said,

‘Yeahhh… okay let’s try this. If it doesn’t work I don’t have to worry. I have a backup plan! ‘

Naaaa….

In fact, the greatest and the most successful people in history and today had their dreams, believed in them, hadinsurmountable faith in themselves, fought with all challenges, persevered through the toughest of times forinfinite amount of time, made their dreams their goals, came up with a definite plan and stuck to it until they got totheir destination.

….And the list is never ending.

These people did not think of anything other than what they had desired for.

They only had one plan – the plan of getting to their desired goal no matter what it takes to get there. Even theslightest of any backup plan was never on their minds!

If You Really Want To Give Your Dreams A Real Face Then Never Have A BackupPlan!

Every business starts with the seed of a dream, an idea.

But an idea, a dream can only get a real shape, a real face when it is executed.

Execution calls for choosing a path of action and walking on it with absolute determination and maintaining alaser focus towards the end destiny.

Once a roadway, a path of action is chosen staying on it despite all the bumps and pits is the key factor ingetting to the destination. Only if you stick to a path can you come up with smart strategies to get to thedestination.

Imagine if you have to go to a friend’s wedding and you have never been to that venue before. What will you do?

Probably you will have a look at the map, or use your GPS and then get on to one road and keep driving on thatroute until you get to the venue.

Now imagine if you keep changing your routes, in search of shortcuts so that you can arrive before time , whatwill happen?

Most chances are that you will keep wandering here and there, going round and round in circles, and keeplooking for the venue. And when you will get there, what is it that you will see?

Most chances are that the wedding will be over already. And now there is nothing left except regret.

Similarly, in your business if you keep changing your plan of action, if you keep looking for the shortcuts, you willnever get to your end goal and your dream will remain in your head as a wish that never came true.

If you want to own the island, burn all the bridges .”

~ Tony Robbins

What Does It Really Mean To Never Have A Backup Plan In Your Business?

Usually when people step into the world of entrepreneurship and start their business, the excitement of livingtheir dreams is at peak.

They want to materialize their final goal as soon as possible.

They devise a plan, choose their pathway, start their journey and…

as soon as they face a few challenges, fall in some pits and come across some bumps – they quit!

They think that the path they chose, the plan they made was a very difficult one to implement. They jump on tothe next road – their backup plan, with the assurance that this plan will get them to their goals quickly and theywill not face any lethal challenges this time.

4/6

Guess what?

Most probably they end up failing again because they lack consistency. They lack perseverance. They lackdiligence.

Remember,

There are no shortcuts.

The route to success is never a straight line.

The road leading to your end goal is not just bumpy but brutal!

If you want to make the most out of your life then never have a backup plan.

To be successful in your venture you have to try, try and try until you make it work for you !

Your

business is reflective of your mindset.

If you won’t have the capacity to persevere through the tough times, your business too won’t have the strengthto fight against the odds.

If you won’t have the ability to stay consistent in your actions, how can you even expect your business to pay youconsistently!

A business that has a backup plan is meant to be doomed. Period.

As long as you keep that backup plan filed in the hidden folder of your mind, your business will remain onventilator. And as soon as you think of implementing that backup plan, it will die its own death.

If Plan A doesn’t work, then MAKE IT WORK! Because there is NO Plan B!

Burn your ships and make success your only option.”

~ Damian Pros

Now, go, burn that backup plan, work your a** off on Plan A and make it work!

If you have anything to share, go ahead and write that in the comment box below. If you have a friend who needsto see this then don’t forget to share it with him or her.

As always I would love to hear back from you!
