Key responsibilities:

• Accident report writing, medical reports, medical log, transfer requests from OHD to/from hospital• Flood response – pumping, creation of damns, clean up, reporting• Responding to spillages that may have a contamination impact to the environment – oil, paint, solvents, petrol/diesel etc - contain, clean up, escalation, report breathing apparatus trained, use of gas detection equipment, personal

protective equipment (PPE), spill kits, vetta drainage inflation equipment• To ensure that the onsite Fire Station is well maintained and in good order.

Its essential applicants hold a valid SIA licence, full clean driving licence and able to pass a fire related medical. A valid First Aid certificate and experience wearing/using breathing equipment would be desirable for this position.

Training provided onsite will include bespoke Fire Fighter course, advanced First Aid training package, working in confined spaces training and working on a weekly basis with staff from the fire services.

• Compliance monitoring – e.g TIP, CCTV monitoring, overt testing/ coaching and feedback and report any weaknesses to Duty Manager.

• Listens and responds effectively to customer questions; resolves customer problems to the customer’s satisfaction; respects all internal and external customers and commits to exceeding customer expectations

Ensure that all Policies and Procedures for London Oxford Airport, CAA & Wilson James are followed. Ensure, that all staff work in safe conditions, acting upon all reports of accidents and faults and that staff carry out their duties in accordance with procedures and policies. To raise the profile of security ensuring that customers are well informed at all times of procedures and processes. To manage on a day to day basis the CCTV, Fire and Security systems installations, ensuring that all staff are fully trained and competent in their roles and carrying out their required duties.
