When does the promotion run?The promotion starts on 00.01 AEST on 17 October 2018 and ends 23.59 AEST on 13 November 2018.

Who is eligible to enter the promotion?The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years of age and over.However, employees of Woolworths (and their immediate families), its associated companies, and any other agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to participate. By immediate family we mean the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.

How do I enter the promotion?To enter, entrants must follow the following steps:1. Spend $30* or more in a single transaction at any Woolworths store or at Woolworths Online (www.woolworths.com.au)**

during the promotional period

2. Please ensure you retain the original Woolworths store receipt issued with your unique code or a copy of the online order number of the qualifying transaction; and then

3. Visit www.woolworths.com.au/qantas, follow the link to the online entry form, input the requested details, including the unique receipt code or online order number

4. For your entry to qualify you need to complete the online form by 23.59 AEDST Sunday the week following the day your transaction took place

5. Each qualifying entry will automatically enter the entrant into the relevant daily prize draw. Qualifying transactions are eligible for the daily prize draw for the day on which the transaction was made.

How many times can I enter?You can enter up to 5 times a day. However, only 1 daily prize can be won per household per day this does not apply to SA residents.

Are there any products that aren’t included in the $30 spend?Yes, there are exclusions. The spend of $30 excludes purchases of smoking/tobacco products and accessories, gift cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile, travel cards and tickets, cash outs, delivery charges, reusable bag fees, crate to bench service fees, Delivery Saver products, donations, purchases from woolworthsflowers.com.au or Auto-order products, Carpet Care, lottery products, Pre-order Kiosks, lay-by fees and purchases using a Caltex StarCard, a Country Age Pension Fuel Card or on a charge account.** Please note that, pursuant to the Woolworths Online Terms & Conditions (accessible at https://www.woolworths.com.au/Shop/Discover/about-us/terms-and-conditions), the minimum purchase amount for each Pick up Grocery Order is $30.00 and for each Delivery Grocery Order is $50.00 excluding the Delivery Fee, Bag Fee and any Crate Service Fee.

Do I need to keep my receipts in connection to the promotion?Yes, all entrants must retain their original purchase receipt or online invoice for all entries as proof of purchase. If you are unable to produce your proof of purchase upon winning a daily prize, it may result in invalidation of ALL of your entries and forfeiting of the prize. What is a Unique Code or Order number? The unique receipt code means the 19 digit number provided on the Woolworths in store receipt, or online invoice/order number found on the online order confirmation or invoice. For full details please see the promotion terms and conditions.

What if my unique code doesn’t work for the Qantas Woolworths promotion?If your code doesn’t work, double-check you have entered the correct digits. If you are unsure where to find your unique code, see STORE RECEIPT and ONLINE ORDER where redemption code can be found.Unique codes can only be used once and there is a limit of five codes per person per day.If your issue cannot be resolved please contact Customer Service on 1300 767 969.

What are the prize details and what do they include?The prizes given away are $5,000 Qantas flight vouchers. There are a total of twenty eight daily prize draws, with 10 winners each. Total prize pool value is $1,400,000. See terms and conditions at woolworths.com.au/qantas

How will I be notified if I win the prize?Winners will be notified in writing by email within 2 business days of each weeks daily prize draws by an agency associated with Woolworths. Winners will also be published online at woolworths.com.au/qantas.

How will I receive my Qantas flight voucher if I win? The Qantas flight voucher will be distributed as an e-voucher that will be attached in an email from Qantas within fifteen business days from the end of the Promotion Period.

Do I get to choose my own travel destination?Yes, as the prizes are flight vouchers, you get to choose your own travel destination provided it complies with the prize limitations.

When do I have to use the voucher by?A Qantas flight voucher prize must be used to book and fly within 12 months of the voucher issue date.

Is spending money provided for the holiday?No, there is no spending money provided.

Is travel insurance included in the holiday package?There is no allowance for any travel insurance and will be at the winner’s own expense. However, Woolworths recommends that prize winners have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.

What happens if the prize is not claimed?If any prize is unclaimed, a second chance draw will be held on 28 February 2019. All previous qualifying entries will enter the second chance draw, except those that did not claim their prize.Winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the second chance draw and will be published online on the promotion website www.woolworths.com.au/qantas from 8 March 2019. Do I need to be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to enter?No, you do not need to be a QFF member to enter the competition. You simply need to have a qualifying entry.
