community, Palm Coast really hit its stride during the 2000's. Its

population exploded during that decade fueling tremendous

residential and commercial growth. During the boom times Palm

Coast and Flagler County were recognized as the fastest growing area

in the entire United States. This region remains one of the last

frontiers of development in Florida, with prices well below other

coastal parts of the state. The opportunity for tremendous upside is

here.

While Palm Coast is seeing an influx of younger families, its base
