Wine List
We invite you to participate in a new experience with us! Our wine list has been
laboriously assembled over the last few years to highlight the best wines of the
Mediterranean and beyond. We pursue many classic labels, domestic and abroad, as
well as interesting and rare wines from across the globe. Our selections have been
carefully made to compliment the delicate flavors of Chef Gregorio’s contemporary
Mediterranean cuisine.
Nancy and Jim Demetriades – Proprietors Jeremy Graham – Executive Chef Chip Ermish – Director of Wine
Corkage fee is $20 per bottle with a two bottle maximum (750ml) or one magnum $40, if you purchase a bottle
from our wine list, your corkage fee will be waived on a bottle-for-bottle basis. If your bottle of wine appears on
our wine list, it must be purchased from Jimmy's.

“I hover over the expensive Scotch and then the Armagnac, but finally settle on
a glass of rich red claret. I put it near my nose and nearly pass out. It smells of
old houses and aged wood and dark secrets, but also of hard, hot sunshine
through ancient shutters and long, wicked afternoons in a four-poster bed. It's
not a wine, it's a life, right there in the glass.” -Nick Harkaway
