strength

The Core Of Wing Chun: The Six Forms
• Six forms include all of Wing Chun's techniques• "The Little Idea"
– Foundation of the other forms– Focus on the independent movement of each side of the body and
the development of the "centre line"
• "Sinking bridges"– Using the hips as a power source– Learning how to absorb ("sink") attacks– Developing kicking techniques
• "Spearing fingers"– Learning offensive techniques– The most physically demanding form

the techniques of the long staff
