Beginner: Stand With Your Legs Together ~ Close Stance
~ Stand With Legs Apart ~ Open Stance ~
Close Stance Open Stance
1. Lock your kneecaps,
2. Contract your Anterior & Posterior Cruciate Ligaments,
3. Stretch your Anterior & Posterior Cruciate Ligaments,
4. Loosen your thigh muscles,
5. Plant your feet into the ground,
6. Stand tall then use your mind to count from 1 to 30,
7. Then do the "Opening & Closing" of the Siu Nim Tao.
8. Increase the count by 5 for 6 days until you reach 60.

Intermediate: Open Stance ~ Do Siu Nim Tao
1. Lock your kneecaps,
2. Contract your Anterior & Posterior Cruciate Ligaments,
3. Stretch your Anterior & Posterior Cruciate Ligaments,
4. Loosen your thigh muscles,
5. Plant your feet into the ground,
6. Stand tall then use your mind to count from 1 to 30,
7. Then do Siu Nim Tao with your mind on your knees.
8. Increase the count by 5 for 6 days until you reach 60.
