B I N G O Make a card for
someone special
and mail it to them or

Choose any of the following choreography challenges below to create your own unique dances!
Create a dance that has a strong beginning, middle, and end by using frozen shapes for your beginning and end and at least 3 counts of 8 of movement for your middle.
Create a dance that includes the following elements:
Low level movement
High level movement
Nonlocomotor movement
Locomotor movement
Movement using smooth energy
Movement moving backwards. Create a dance that demonstrates 3 different feelings: sad, happy, angry,
confused, scared, surprised, nervous, brave, silly, tired, etc.
You may not make any sound during your dance
Perform your dance for someone and see if they can guess what feelings you are dancing.
Randomly select a song (or have someone select a song for you) and create a dance that goes with that song.
Find an interesting space around your house or outside and create a site-specific dance that includes your surroundings into your dance movements.
Create a dance that is inspired by a specific animal. Do some research online about that animal to find out how and where they move.
Create a costume or headpiece that is inspired by that animal.
Use music that also represents that animal or their habitat.
