Die Komplettsets von ulrich medical® aus Titan oder in PEEK-Ausführung beinhalten eine ausgeklügelte Zusammen-stellung verschiedenartiger Instrumente, die sich insbesondere für anteriore Zugänge in der zervikalen Wirbelsäulenchirurgie eignen. Sie lassen sich daher optimal mit den ulrich medical® Implantatsystemen für die Halswirbelsäule kombinieren. Die unterschiedlichen Longitudinal- und Transversal-Spreizer des Zervikal Spreizer Sets Titan nach Caspar passen sich mit ihrer sicheren Selbsthaltefunktion und den Doppelarmgelen-ken ideal den anatomischen Voraussetzungen des Patien-ten an. Während des gesamten Eingriffs sorgen sie so für uneingeschränkte Sicht auf den OP-Bereich und reduzieren den Personaleinsatz auf ein Minimum. Die side-load Val-venaufnahme mit Handretraktorsystem oder Longitudinal-/Transversal-Spreizern vereinfacht die Arretierung und den Wechsel der Valven, auch während der Operation.

The complete sets according to Caspar from ulrich medical®, made of titanium or PEEK, include an ingenious collection of various instruments which are particularly suited for anterior approaches in cervical spinal surgery. They can therefore be ideally combined with the ulrich medical® implant systems for the cervical spine.The different longitudinal and transverse retractors of the titanium cervical retractor set according to Caspar, with their secure self-retaining function and double-arm joints, ideally fit the patient’s anatomic requirements. During the entire procedure, they ensure an unimpeded view of the surgical area and keep the amount of staff required to a minimum. The side-load blade slot with a hand retractor system or longitudinal/transverse retractors simplify the detent and changing of blades, even during surgery.

Das Wirbelsäulendistraktions Set nach Caspar ist deshalb ideal für die Behandlung von Myelopathie der Halswirbelsäu-le, ausgelöst durch Osteophyten, geeignet.Die feine Rasterung der Zahnstange verhilft dem Distraktor zu einer ausgezeichneten Anpassung an die Patientenana-tomie. Bei mehrsegmentalen Eingriffen erfolgt die Fusionie-rung entweder stufenweise oder mithilfe der längeren Zahn-stange, die in Kombination mit dem Wirbelsäulenimplantat ADD/ADDplus die Distanz zwischen C3 und C7 überbrückt.
