First of all allow me to say THANK YOU for even

considering allowing us the opportunity to

serve you and your bundle of joy. It’s not some-

thing we take lightly. My name is Melissa, I am

the owner and photographer at WMP and I can

asssure you of all the things I photograph,

babies top the list as my favorite. From the

minuminute you contact us to the day we deliver

your images I want you to feel like you are

family, beacuse to me you are.

A few years ago my husband Matt and I real-

ized there was a large gap in this industry that

needed to be met. We set out to offer

The sooner you book the better as we only take so many

sweet newborns each month. But we strongly suggest, at

least two months before your due date, contact us to set a

tentative appointment and to discuss the upcoming pho-

tography session for your "soon-to-arrive" baby. We will

discuss any special poses that are important to you, and

decide if you need to provide any unique props for the ses-

sion. Then when the baby arrives you will email us to

schedule your appointment 5-14 days after arriveal when

possible, while the baby is still quite sleepy and can be

moved around and positioned more naturally. Once babies

discover the joys of stretching, it is challenging to get

them to curl up in those adorable newborn positions.

A special blanket, a family heirloom prop, the cute hat

Grandma made, or a special stuffed toy can all be easily

incorporated into your baby's rst photographs. Wishful

Memories Photography has a variety of props to enhance

your baby's rst photography session.

PPlease bring plenty of diapers, baby wipes, bottles of

breast milk or formula (really...way more than you think

you will need), along with any other items you wish to be

included in your baby's photo shoot. We can’t promise

we will be able to use them, but we will try our best. The

baby will be nude during the session, but modesty is key

and will make sure your baby isnt exposed. We will have

a a warm heater on during the session to ensure your baby

is comfortable. We also suggest you bring an extra shirt

for you and family members... you know... just in case!

Wishful Memories/ Melissa has plenty of experience working with newborns and knows you should always expect the

unexpected. Pee, poop, and spit up will happen, and it is probably going to be deposited on props, blankets, the parent,

or even on the photographer. Don't panic or be embarrassed. It's a normal part of newborn photography sessions. Baby

will also have fussy moments, and that is just ne. You won't be rushed through your session, and will have plenty of

time to cuddle, change, feed, and relax your little one. A newborn session can take a few hours (1-2) to allow for all the

moods and needs of moods and needs of your baby, and the studio will be kept warmer than usual for baby's comfort and safety. If for some

reason during your scheduled session baby will not calm down after 30-45 minutes we will generally try another day. We

have been successful all the way up to 2 months of life and will ensure that you get the images you are looking for.

If you want to have some newborn poses including parents or siblings, choose solid color and coordinated clothing,

we suggest solid black, white and grey and non-bulky items. Like a cami or tshirt for mom, a simple shirt (not button

down) for dad, and solid colors for kids. It's important to let the baby shine in every image, so avoid clothing that can

detract from the family's star of the day.

IIf Mom wants a skin-on-skin image with the baby, a strapless or bandeau top works very well. It is also best to have

siblings attend only when it is time for them to participate in the session. However, we do hae a play room in our

studio - we can throw on a movie and let them relax in the other room! We typically do family last as it is the easiest

part of the session to duplicate at a later date if baby isnt coooperative.

Includes everything that package 1 offers but adds a 3 and 9 month milestone ses-sion. This is one of our best deals! All pack-ages require a $75 deposit and the signing of an agreement to hold your place in our schedule during your rst year. The bal-ance is due on your rst scheduled session to receive the discounted pricing.

Newborn session, 6 months, and one year. Package includes everything from the new-born session and adds 2 milestone sessions at 6 months and one year. Sessions are 30 minutes long at our studio or the outdoor location of your choosing. 25-50 images from each session. Family included! Also yyou will receive a 6x6 leatherbound photo-book at the end of the year

They are little only once.Wishful Memories offers special packages for your baby from newborns-rst birthday. Book a watch me grow package, save money, and get a lifetime of memories from milestones you won’t want to forget!

This package is for the parents to be that dont want to miss a single moment. This package includes everything the Watch Me Grow + Maternity but adds a pregnan-cy announcement and a gender reveal session. Both of these 15 minute sessions are held at the location of your choosing and help documeand help document the most exciting time of your life!

•In addition to everything you will recieve in the Watch Me Grow 2 package you wil also receive a maternity session at the out-door location of your choosing. You will also receive a full 8.5 x 8.5 leather bound 180 picture photobook instead of a 6x6.

You only have this experience with this baby, once.At Wishful Memories we want to help you capture not only your baby and their rst year, but the moments leading up to it.
