Terms and Conditions

1. All reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than ten days. At the end of this period, a non-transferable, non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee each reservation. If a deposit is not received your reservation will automatically be released.

2. Only cash or credit card payments will be accepted.

3. All balances must be paid by the 31st October 2018. Once final payment is made, no refunds or credit will be given. All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable.

4. Bookings made after the 31st October 2018 must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

5. We reserve the right to change/amend/cancel any function up to 14 working days prior to the event date due to circumstances beyond our control. If you do not wish to accept the alternative offer, your monies will be refunded in full but that will be the limit of the hotel’s liability.

6. Alcoholic beverages that have not been purchased from the hotel are not to be consumed on the premises.

7. The management of the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel and the right to refuse service. In addition, the hotel reserves the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by anyone in their group.

8. We require all pre-orders to be received by the 31st October 2018 (where necessary). Any special dietary requirements must be made known to the hotel at least two weeks prior to the event. Some dishes may contain traces of nuts.

9. All details are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to change and availability without prior notice. All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate.

10. Children are classed as age 3-12 years old and are charged at a reduced price. Under 3’s eat free. With the exception of Christmas Day and Hogmanay.

11. One payment per party only, individual payments will not be accepted.

12. Accommodation prices are based on two people sharing with a maximum of two adults per room. All accommodation bookings must be pre-paid and are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

13. Health Central discounts are non applicable at Family Hogmanay Party.

14. Please note that all other discounts are subject to availability, terms and conditions apply and these can be withdrawn at any time.

15. No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to the Hogmanay Hootenanny.
