Join us after the morning service for lunch as we explore the topic of “Healthy Sexuality”. Your children are looking to you for guidance on how to navigate the confusing end ever-changing landscape of sex and rela-tionships. If we don’t join in the conversation early on, others will fill in the gap.

In the morning we will have our last service with Lyndon as our Sr. Pastor. However, in the afternoon, a special celebration is planned where we can say thank-you to Lyndon, Suzanne, Ben, Haley and Connor and express our gratitude, while celebrating God's goodness.

Mexico Mission 2020

From March 18-29, Alec Bourgeois will be traveling to Vicente Guerro, Mexico with a group of students from Kelowna Christian School. The purpose of their trip is to build two homes for farm workers. You are invited to support Alec by giving and by praying. You can contribute to Alec’s trip by marking your offering envelope Mexico Project 2020.

Senior Pastor Transition Update

The existing Search Committee of Lori Bourgeois, Cory Doell, Jens Gold-grabe, Wayne Pyett and Ron van Steenoven have been repurposed to start a search for a new Senior Pastor. The Deacons and Church Board will be addressing the transitional ministry and administrative duties. A team has also been formed to schedule guest speakers.

Ken and his wife, Marg, have served in the NAB for forty-seven years and have dis-covered their love for church planting. Southwest Community Church is the first church plant out of Terwillegar Community Church. Last January, he stepped down from the role of lead pas-tor at Terwillegar, though he still teaches there on occasion, to fo-cus his full attention on leading Southwest Community. In January, they had their largest attendance in their three years as a church plant. Pray for their continued growth, especially spiritual growth of the leadership team.
