Tom Kendzia is well known as a composer, arranger, producer, teacher, clinician, author, and performer and has been a professional liturgical musician for more than 30 years. He has appeared throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe at national and diocesan gatherings.

He has numerous collections of liturgical and instrumental music published by Oregon Catholic Press. He serves as music director at Christ the King Catholic Church in Kingston, Rhode Island.

Tom’s music draws on a wealth of diverse sources, such as Ireland, Africa, Poland, and especially the United States. From Irish airs to jazz, blues, and gospel, Tom uses multi-ethnic musical sources in his compositions that speak to a diverse church and provide a variety of prayer experiences steeped in the rituals of the Catholic Church.
