providers allows us to offer retail IT professionals the

In addition to our Cost+ model, we offer the management

Staging, Configuration and Kitting
After procuring your hardware, our 50,000 sq. ft.
technology center allows us to immediately enter into the
integration phase. We are able to stage, configure and kit

the-art key injection facility (KIF) and remote injection

QSR Successfuly Deploys Self-Serve Kiosks System-Wide with Centralized Staging
Business Challenge
When an industry-leading fast food chain wanted to scale its self-serve kiosk
deployment to its entire system on a short timeline, they knew they needed the
right partners. The company was aiming to complete 40-50 installs per day to
efficiently deploy self-serve kiosks to approximately 7,000 locations.
While they originally planned to work with disparate vendors for hardware
procurement and installation, they quickly saw the value of one partner
managing and orchestrating the entire project.
Our Solution
Level 10 provided a single point of contact, consistent procurement, centralized
staging and kitting, installation and project management. Our team conducted
all of the staging for the client’s touchscreen devices, payment terminals and
ADA devices with last-mile configuration of MIDs/TIDs and test transactions.
With one company staging all devices the same way every time, the client
significantly reduced their risk. We then managed the logistics of kitting and
shipping devices to each location.
Results
A project of this size and speed runs the risk of error and delay the more
variables are introduced, such as multiple vendors, technicians programming
equipment in the field, etc. With one vendor overseeing every aspect of the
project, the client successfully deployed its self-serve kiosks to approximately
7,000 locations within 18 months. By teaming up with Level 10, they were able
to do more with less partners.
