With reference to the Advertisement No. 04/2016 Dt. 23.03.2016 for Non-Teaching positions under various

Departments 1Centres, eligible candidates (47 Nos.) as listed in Annexure-I are informed to appear for a

Skill Test for the post of Library Assistant as per the schedule given in Annexure-I.

All the eligible applicants are also informed that since there will not be any personal interview as stated in

the Advertisement, the final selection and appointment to the post will be done on the basis of the Skill Test

and modalities detailed in Annexure-I. Please also note that the eligibility of the applicants as stated in

Annexure-I is provisional and subject to further verification with the original documents / certificates,

which will be done after the final selection/appointment.

Applicants not attending the Skill Test will automatically become in-eligible for the final selection.

No TA/DA will be provided for attending the Skill Test.

Further, a list of the in-eligible applicants (33 Nos.) is also given in the Annexure-II along with the

reason(s) for not calling to the Skill Test.

N.B. Individual Call Letters have already been issued through e-mail to all the eligible candidates. Callletters are NOT sent through any other mode. If any candidate do not receive the call letter(through e-mail), helshe may appear in the Skill Test on the basis of this notice.
