Summary of work experience
Over 15 years experience working on a variety of projects in the oil, gas, petrochemical and power plant industries in various positions and roles including structural steel and piping work and involved in review of project specifications, project control, planning, site supervision, and experience with heavy equipment installation.
Experienced in management field both in fabrication and erection work to achieve project schedule, quality control, safety awareness, managing support engineering team, procurement & material control, and contractual related to the construction field.
My work experience is primarily with international consultant companies such as Chiyoda, Toyo Engineering Corp., Foster Wheeler, Fluor Daniel, Bechtel, and a majority of this work is related to refinery and petrochemical plant but also extends to power plant and pre-assembled modules for onshore projects. The major projects that I have been involved with are:

Position Location Construction Manager – Reporting to Project Director
Responsible for overall construction management activities. Review of all WorleyParsons projects with construction activities and facilities a construction management capability and bid all proposals which related Construction Management activities. Main duties/responsibilities including:
Promote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
Participate in the early development of the overall Construction Management execution strategy, working in consultation with Business Unit / Project Managers.
Coordinating early constructability input into Design, Schedule and cost development, by means of construction review and where appropriate in project peer reviews.

Project Description:
Pluto LNG project is the preassembly of onshore LNG modules for Woodside Petroleum(WBPL) in Australia. Foster Wheeler and WorleyParsons formed a joint venture and were appointed by WBPL to manage all EPCM aspects. STP&I is the Main Contractor and are responsible for the fabrication and pre-assembly of modules at Laem Chabang Port, Thailand and subsequent delivery to Karatha in Australia. The contract period is 23 months, peak workforce of 10,000 persons (equating to approx. 30 million manhours), steel work volume of 45,000 tonnes, piping work volume of 750,000 db (dia-inch), and a total of 327 modules.
Reporting to the Construction Director and my role and responsibilities include:
Complete assembly of all module s in the assembly yard, monitoring progress, planning and control of discipline supervisors.
Responsible for and ensure that project safety requirements are implemented and managed in accordance with project specifications and international requirements throughout the duration of the project.
Control and manage all subcontractors and ensure that all procurement process conform with project requirements, schedule, quality, and project specifications.
Attending regular interface meetings with Client to review progress and to report the overall status of the project to Senior Management.
Execute the project in line with the project quality plan. Monitoring contractual commitments and performance of the work according to Client instruction,
specification, and the terms of contract. Responsible for ensuring that the work is adequately resourced in terms of labor and equipment.

Coordinating with discipline managers to take necessary action when schedule problems are found or anticipated.

OUTSIDE INTERCONNECTING PIPE LINES FOR REFORMER & AROMATICS COMPLEX2 PROJECT.

Client The Aromatics (Thailand) Public Company Limited (ATC).
Project Description:
The project involves the installation of 15 pipelines across the land in the Maptaphut area, Rayong province. This project included pipe rack and underground work with 15km lengths with connections to the pipeline at ATC2 plant in Maptaphut industrial area. The project value is 1,200 Million Baht.
Roles and responsibilities included:
Control and manage subcontractors to achieve the project schedule. Responsible for ensuring that the project safety requirements are implemented and adhered to
during all works executed for the project. Attending regular interface meetings with the Client to review progress and to report the progress
overall. Reporting of work status to Project Manager. Control subcontractors resources and purchasing material to ensure all meet the project
requirements and schedule. Coordinate between the plant in the industrial estate for requests for permit to work for
subcontractors. Review and approve method statements for erection work. Maintain appropriate communication with EPCM engineering team to clarify all engineering issues.

This main project “Olefins Plant 600,000 mta Ethylene“ is a petrochemical plant designed to produce ethylene, propylene, gasoline, etc and is located in the Maptaphut industrial estate area. Work volume for piping work is 500,000 dia-inch and included 2,000 tonnes of structural steel.
The Sino-Thai work scope included fabrication and installation of piping work and steel structure. The duration of contract 16 months.

Overall project management with the following functions. Preparation and control of project plans to develop the project scope, procedures, budget, and
overall schedule for both fabrication and erection work.
Monitoring contractual commitments and performance of the work according to Client instructions, specifications, and the terms of contract.
Organizing manpower and equipment including mobilization and operating the project team.
Managing administrative functions and other related services to the project.
Responsible for ensuring that the project safety requirements are implemented and adhered to during all works executed for the project.
