terraces. Upon arrival in Sapa Town we have breakfast

in a local restaurant and prepare for a great trek down

to the picturesque valley of Muong Hoa. We will walk

on small paths and trails to reach Lao Chai and Tavan

Village to visit the Tay and Day tribes. Spend time

interacting with ethnic people then our car will be

ready to take you back to Sapa. Enjoy the Vietnamese

cuisine dinner and your overnight will be spent in Sapa.

Day 5: Sapa – Cat Cat – Sin Chai – Lao Cai

Sunrise breakfast in the hotel get ready for our next

trek. You first sneak through the market and leave the

busy town behind. After a couple of minutes, you will

follow a road going downhill to Cat Cat village. You will

stop by a waterfall and a hydroelectric station. Enjoy

culture. Take a rest here before you trek downhill to get

Sin Chai village. Enjoy beautiful scenery on the way

back to Sapa town for lunch. You will have free time to

discover by yourself in the afternoon until transferred

to Lao Cai for overnight train to Hanoi.

The day will be your own. Have a stroll in the charming

3. Deposit & PaymentsA minimum deposit of 30% of the full amount (plus any bank commission fee, if paying by credit card) is required to confirm your reservation.

Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are then sent via email. These should be printed out by the participant and retained as a receipt. The deposit should be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Full and final payment of the tour price must be made before 15 days departure of the tour. In the event of the

full payment not reaching our account by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel all bookings and therefore the contract between us.

4. Cancellation.Cancellation by guests

All cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email. If you cancel a trip

30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain the deposit.

Cancellations from 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of the full amount plus any bank fees that result from us here and any charge occurs to us from our service providers.

If you cancel with less than 15 days until departure no refund will be given.

There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.

In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative package of equivalent quality, or a full refund of all monies paid. No additional compensa-tion will be paid over and above the total sum received from the customer.

5. Children PolicyChildren under 4 years will be free of charge (excluding flight tickets, train tickets and breakfasts in the required hotels)

6. Health requirementsBefore travelling you should ensure that you are fully up to date with all vaccinations required for Vietnam.

If your itinerary means you may be involved in strenuous activities such as cycling or trekking you should check with your medical practitioner if you are in any doubts about your fitness to do so.

If you have any allergies, any disabilities or health problems relevant to your holiday you should inform us well in advance.

7. Travel InsuranceYour travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repa-triation and personal liability. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking.

8. Passport & VisasAll visitors to Vietnam require a Visa excluding citizens from Scandinavian countries Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and ASEAN countries Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Laos.

To enter Vietnam a passport is required with over 6months validity beyond your departure date from the country.
