Develop, with Department of University Marketing and Communication, marketing plans, both print and virtual advertising including oversight of marketing budget of over $100,000.
Represent and exhibit the School’s on-site and online programs each year at national conferences, such as the Nat’l Association of Lay Ministry, the Los Angeles Religious Education Conference, and the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry.
Act as liaison to Alumni Event planning committee, overseeing implementation of bi-yearly events, dinners, gatherings and ceremonies; oversee the nomination and election of award recipients.
Head planning committees for varied events sponsored by the School and University, including but not limited to Idealist.org graduate fair, one day seminars in conjunction with the National Association of Catholic Chaplains, forums co-sponsored with the

Archdioceses of New York and Bridgeport, CT and co-sponsored events with area organizations and the religious education faculty, supervising and implementing all necessary details for the events-planning, marketing, physical arrangements, food services etc.
Supervise and train a team of Graduate Assistants (GA’s) for the School, with regard to everyday operations, data entry, reporting, mailings and distribution, as well as various ad hoc projects and duties.
Plan annual commencement celebration and diploma ceremony for the School, in conjunction with student committee and input.
Web edited (as Webmaster for the School) all information on the School, programs, meeting, events, application procedures etc. on a day to day basis.

Partnership for the Homeless, Peter's Place Drop-In, New York, New York Clinical Coordinator-Social Work Supervisor- September 1996 to April 2001
Conducted interviews with incoming clients (homeless, elderly, frail population) at a drop-in center, funded through the NYC Dept. of Homeless Services and NYS Office of Mental Health.
Assessed mental and physical status of clients through interview. Provided referral to on-site medical and psychiatric teams for clients needing these

Lectures
Guest Lecturer –Fordham University, Summer Sessions 2001 thru 2014.“A History of AIDS in New York and the United States” Presented through Fordham University in conjunction with University of Tokyo summer
exchange program. Outlining a brief history of AIDS including initial discovery, transmission, prevention,
current trends in medical treatment and social stigma attached to the syndrome. Collaborated with Japanese interpreter in order to present the lecture to the students of
the exchange program, all of whom were primarily Japanese-speaking. July 2007, 2008, 2009 Fordham University with University of Tokyo summer exchange
program. Provided overview of various Broadway shows that students in the exchange program
were planning to attend, outlining the general history of theater and plot lines, so as to facilitate understanding of the shows’ storylines for a largely Japanese speaking population.
