Thango – BUT…WHAT IS IT?
Thango is a Software-Hardware integrated system for the electronic management of die designs and corrections. It includes:
PC Touch screen all-in-one and related accessories
Interactive software touch based
Multichannel, private, secure connection between Thango and the die makers’ die designs database
Once the dies have been manufactured, a completely automated procedure allows the related die designs to be transferred from the die maker’s PCs to Thango installed within the extruder’s plant, via online secure private and dedicated connection

The extruder’s Thango automatically uploads die designs, die information and any eventual document attached, updating its database as di splayed in the following picture >>
Thango Dies List displays all the dies received from the die maker, along with their basic info (code, holes, diameter, H, type, arrival date).
No manual input of anything: everything is totally automated!

Within the Dies List, the corrector selects the dies he wants to work on (placing correction notes, taking photos etc.).
You can interact and write directly on the die designs displayed, thanks to the touch interface, also using your working gloves, just like on a paper design!
You can also input corrector name and operating times, for future statistical analysis.
