About Us — Yansel Ven-tura Mandiri is an inde-pendent consultant spe-cialized in risk manage-ment services.

We work closely with vari-ous business clients who

are concerned and interested in manag-ing their risk through risk management practices and loss control program, but not limited to various insurance produc-ers which require survey reports for under-writing purposes.

Our consultants are qualified surveyor with years of experience in assessing vari-ous risks, including telecommunication, chemical and pharmaceutical, food and beverage, plastic processing, wood-working, pulp and paper, textiles, steel mills, automotive, electronic, power plant, mining, high rise buildings, and construction projects.

ProtectionGeneral overview regarding the state of various means of physical protections available at site (i.e. fire protection, site security & surveillance, flood protection, etc.).

ConstructionGeneral overview regarding condition and typical construction of main build-ings to properly identify its construction class based on references from local codes (OJK/DAI) and international standards (NFPA*).

Site LocationGeneral overview regarding location & site characteristics including geocode, exposures from surrounding neighbours and the nearest hot spot objects, access & layout separation, etc.

OccupancyGeneral overview regarding client’s business (i.e. products and services, processes and activities, utilities at site, etc.) to properly identify the classifica-tion of occupancy based on references from local codes (OJK/DAI) and interna-tional standards (NFPA*).

Risk HighlightsExecutive summary of the risk including general comments and opinion regard-ing the quality of the risk.

Our Report — following site visit, we will compile the final survey report, which empha-sizes on essential information pertaining to Construction, Occupancy, Protection, Exposures, and Manage-ment (COPEM). Our final survey report includes the

Risk ImprovementsRisk improvements proposal which is compiled based on local and international stand-ards, loss control perspec-tive and best practices. They are classified into categories to help clients in prioritizing efforts in loss con-trol program, thus improving control of potential losses.

Hazards & ExposuresGeneral overview regarding typical hazards of the occupancy and elaboration of various perils ranging from fire and explo-sion perils to natural catastrophe perils, business interruption* and machinery breakdown* exposures.

ManagementGeneral overview regarding management impression towards human element practices (i.e. housekeeping, smoking control, internal safety committee, emergency response procedure, self-inspection program, permit-to-work system, fire protection impairment procedure, and general maintenance program*).
