Location Woodacott Holiday Park is located in the village of Woodacott which is a small
hamlet of houses with church and chapel and approximately 4 miles from the market
town of Holsworthy which offers a wide range of amenities including Waitrose
supermarket, post office, bank facilities, doctors, dentist and cottage hospital along
with secondary school. Holsworthy also has a leisure centre with indoor swimming
pool and an 18 hole golf course. There is a range of independent schools in the area
including Shebbear private school, Shebbear and Kelly College, Tavistock.
The property is ideally located to explore the North Cornwall coast with surfing
beaches at Bude, a picturesque seaside town with its redeveloped quay, canal and
restaurants, Widemouth Bay and Newquay. Port Isaac where Doc Martin is filmed
and the fishing port of Padstow, home to Rick Stein’s restaurant are along this
coastline together with the former fishing village of Clovelly which is a tourist

Woodacott Holiday Park is still trading but no
