Weddings atWoolley Grange
Woolley Grange offers a stunning location for your special day. A beautiful Jacobean Manor House set amidst 14 acres of gloriously
well-tended English gardens and manicured lawns.
One of our key qualities at Woolley Grange is our warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us the ideal location for small intimate wedding
celebrations in the very heart of the pretty Wiltshire countryside.
Exclusive use is available for the hire of the entire property and grounds, meaning your friends and family will have a wealth of additional space
to benefit from; making for a unique and personalised day.
The maximum number of guests for a non-exclusive wedding celebration at Woolley Grange is 40. We have a civil marriage and partnership licence in place at the hotel, meaning we can accommodate your
ceremony and celebrations all under one roof. For larger celebrations we do have ample outside space to accommodate a marquee*.
We can host weddings at Woolley Grange every day of the week, depending on anticipated size and style of your day will determine whether you will need to take the hotel on an exclusive use basis.
One thing you can be assured of is that the team at Woolley Grange will work tirelessly to help create the magical and memorable day
you have dreamt of.
*Marquee weddings are priced subject to availability. We require that all 25 bedrooms are booked for a minimum of 2 nights, plus a facility fee will apply.
The Long RoomA stylish room with natural daylight and bundles of character. The room
forms a fully self contained suite, ideal for a family wedding celebration and seating a maximum of 30 guests
for the wedding breakfast. Also licensed for ceremonies, this room can
accommodate 40 guests for a ceremony.
Baskerville RoomWonderful for small wedding parties, the room is light and airy overlooking
the formal lawns at the front of the house. This room seats a maximum of 16 guests for your wedding breakfast. A lovely bright room with a happy and intimate ambience. Also licensed for
ceremonies this room can take 20 guests.
Main Dining RoomThe main Dining Room has an elegant atmosphere and can seat 40 guests for a wedding breakfast with views
overlooking the front lawns and formal gardens. This room combines style and informality and is perfectly located in
the heart of the hotel. The Dining Room is not licenced for ceremonies.
The OrangeryThe Orangery leading onto the terrace has a very unique, light and spacious
feel. It also allows guests to spill out onto the terrace and enjoy this extra space
especially when the sun is shining. The room has a light, airy and relaxed, celebratory feel and can be used for
serving your wedding breakfast for up to 30 guests and seats a maximum of
40 guests for the ceremony.

In addition to the above rooms, the gardens and terrace areas are used to their full potential in the summer months for
drinks receptions. In the cooler months the Drawing Room or Blue Room with their roaring log fires make an excellent alternative.

The rates above are applicable during peak periods, we reduce room hire fees by 20% during off peak periods.Certain peak periods may have restricted availability due to school holidays.
Please enquire to ensure your chosen date is available and whether it falls in a peak or off peak period.
Booking & DepositOn initial enquiry we can provisionally hold a date for up to two weeks, after which it should be confirmed by a deposit and signed terms and conditions. Enter a state of pure relaxation and tranquillity – perfect to settle any last minute nerves before the Big Day.
If staying the night before, our spa which is located in the hotel’s beautiful kitchen garden, is an ideal retreat for that last minute massage, facial or perhaps a manicure/pedicure. We advise that all treatments are
booked in advanced to avoid disappointment.

The Wedding BreakfastAt Woolley Grange we offer a fantastic range of options created
enthusiastically by our talented chefs. This allows you to tailor the menu to your exact requirements. If any of your guests have special dietary requirements we are happy to cater for their needs by prior
arrangement. For large parties we ask that for your wedding breakfast, you select a menu of one starter, one main course and one dessert.
For smaller numbers we can accommodate a choice menu consisting of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts.
WinesWe have an extensive wine list from which to choose and are happy to discuss your exact requirements for your special day. We will also help
suggest wines that will compliment your menu.
Drinks ReceptionWhat better way to welcome your guests after the ceremony than a drinks reception either on our lovely terrace overlooking the formal gardens or in the cooler months, in our cosy, candlelit drawing room
with roaring log fires.

AccommodationOur individually designed bedrooms offer luxury, style and comfort
with elegant en-suites for guests wishing to stay overnight. Rates for accommodation are available by enquiry as they do vary from day to
day. Please note that we request a minimum of a two-night stay at weekends.

Being part of Luxury Family Hotels, we are are well versed and experienced at looking after children and making sure that they have a memorable and enjoyable time at Woolley Grange. We even have our
own Ofsted registered kids club called the Woolley Bear’s Den.
Sometimes the little ones find it difficult to sit still through the wedding celebrations, therefore let our kids club staff can take the pressure off you by looking after the children in Woolley Bears Den for a few hours.
For guests staying overnight, we offer a baby listening service, or we can arrange babysitters, so once the children are safely tucked up in bed,
you can continue to enjoy any evening celebrations.
