This programme refines individuals.

Therefore, in Barbados' first online environment

Our programme connects prospective employees

with an individual who has five or more years of

experience. This enables them to receive

professional guidance from an experienced

individual in their field because we understand

that in order to change the work dynamic, you

must first change the individual.

Mentors are employed or retired persons who have five

or more years of knowledge and experience in their field

and are committed to assisting others achieve

professional development. Hence, if individuals hone

and develop their skills through this experience, they

can too become a mentor to another upcoming worker.

You can also join our WORK-Mentor Programme and become

a mentor for free! All of our mentors receive training and enjoy

unlimited access to We Connect where beneficial information is

shared to enhance their personal and professional

development.
