This then creates an ongoing need to make alterations to this document. The reader must ensure that the current version is being used. PROCEDURE 7.1 All groups outlined in clause 2 who are contracted to CIAL to provide work or services at Parceline / DX Mail shall read and be familiar with all the procedures and protocols contained in the DX Mail Health & Safety Guidelines for External Contractors as well as Facilities Services Procedure “Requirements for Contractors Working for CIAL” Contractor document. All work and services will be conducted to meet all requirements set out in both documents.

WORKING IN THE PARCELINE / DX MAIL BUILDING

1 PURPOSE

Parceline / DX Mail Building.

7.2 The groups outlined in Clause 2 who are contracted to CIAL to provide work or services at Parceline

/ DX Mail shall read and be familiar with the Parceline / DX Mail Site Register and comply with all

the controls for the known hazards.

7.3 Any hazards discovered that are not in the hazard register should be reported to the CIAL

Supervisor in control of the works or service immediately. All work or services will be suspended

until the hazard is eliminated or isolated, if this cannot be accomplished then minimised with the

appropriate controls to prevent injury or harm. All hazards are to be reported to Parceline / DX

Mail and CIAL using the hazard reporting form.
