environmental charities whose efforts help create a healthy and sustainable environment.

EarthShare was founded by its member charities in 1988 to connect people to environmental

nonprofits through workplace giving, volunteer opportunities and environmental education.

• Fill out the EarthShare pledge form:• Options: one-time check donation or convenient payroll deduction which

enables you to select the EarthShare organization(s) of your choice.

• Submit the completed pledge form to your Payroll Coordinator.

EarthShare campaign information and pledge forms will be available at each Belk location, the Belk Sustainability page on The Hanger (intranet) and the associate portal.

• Please enter data for any associate contributing through payroll deduction.

• The PeopleSoft deduction code for EarthShare data entry is “EArTH”

• The deduction can be set-up with an effective date of 5/27/12 in order totake the 1st contribution on the 6/15/12 check date.
