  • How to protect healthUsing ICT can have an impact on your health in many ways.Your eyesight can suffer from using VDUs.You can get backache from sitting incorrectly.

  • To protect your healthMake sure you are sitting correctly. Support your back.Adjust your chair.Rest your feet on the floor.Place your screen at eye level.Watch this video

  • EyesightThere is no legal limit.   • SolutionsAlways back up to the computer, an external drive and even to an online based storage area.Never leave drinks near your computer.Run an anti-virus programme regularly.
