Hold a themed dress day Casual For a Cause or Loud Shirt Friday can be fun. Everyone has the privilege of wearing something different to work once a month on a Friday for a gold coin donation.
Have a staff BBQ This is great for a special occasion, with entry by donation.
Choose the dare Donors pay an amount, such as $5, for a vote to decide which form of 'dare ' to inflict on the boss. (eg dye their hair, dress as a clown, trade jobs for the day.) Popular ideas are gaffer-taping the boss to the wall or their desk. Charge for each length of tape and take photos!
Buy a meal Staff members take it in turns to provide a meal and sell it to fellow workers.
Hold a party lunchHave staff teams arrange food, music and entertainment, charging for each guest.
