Oestrogen levels in milk are a problem and result in hormone related health issues in both men and women. 3. Milk comes from a lactating cow. Natural unpasteurised milk is an ideal source of nourishment..for the calf. 4. We loose the enzyme lactase to digest any milk after the age of 3. 6. There are 80 active hormones in cows milk- the hormones are naturally occurring in the cows milk, designed for a baby calf.
