local (expected color) versus subjective (expressive) - color(in these boxes you must have an object - on the left make it the color that is expected; in the right make it a color that is NOT what is expected.

color symbolism and color psychology -- fill in and label the circles with examples of your choice!!! You can use neutrals here; you can have more than one color in the
circle (for a sports team, say); you can have multiple explanations for the same color. Tip: you can look up color symbolism online!
