Conclusions• International and national organisations with local NGO-s

should network and cooperate with both public sector and their centres abroad.

• Social inclusion of vulnerable groups needs social loyalty (or social solidarity), achieving of which should be NGO-s important aim.

• Raising awareness about NGO-s in local communities including media is crucial and must reach their target group.

• Cooperation between NGO-s and business sector should be practised more for supporting employment of disabled people.

• Sustainable conditions and funding is instrument to enhance independence of NGO-s.

Conclusions

• One key factor for NGO-s effectiveness is to use business administration model - professional staff, effectiveness measures.

• Big NGO-s and small NGO-s cannot be equally effective therefore the cooperation of NGO-s is essential.

• Interchange of best practices among NGO-s is important, but more effective in a form of partnership than in a forum.

• Showing solidarity among NGO-s instead of competition makes NGO-s effective.
