Habits for

achieving “Personal and Interpersonal Effectiveness”

There are some, who are very effective in dealing with life, while, some others get cold feet thinking of certain events or circumstances in their lives.

What distinguishes us from each other, some effective and some not, some successful and some not. Is it that people who are effective and successful are born with some special abilities or do they have some Mantra?

This 2 day workshop will empower you to lead your life effectively as so many others have found it to be.

Loved this crash course. It’s definitely broken through to me, and opened something up to me—an impact I’m suspecting to stay fresh for some years to come. While you drove through the various concepts, I drew on analogies in physics, lines/takeaways/morality-tales from movies . I found the books that my Dad left of Covey’s in our library here in Manila. It’s full of highlights and margin-notes. While you spoke, I looked terms up that were new to me. The crash course is a blessing. Was enlightening. Am already envisioning ways to potentially appropriate the theory to work/family life. Thanks so very much.

It was a great pleasure to learn new perspective and dimension of the 7 habits. Your take on it was the best experience that I have received till date. Apart from the topic, I like your approach, your energy and dedication. No wonder you have numerous success stories at such young age. All the best and keep achieving.

Hi, just wanted to say thanks so much for the two-day program you gave. Nothing but raves from Marie and Lita. Now, I wish we’d shut down the company for two days and had all 16 of us attend. We’ve now asked Marie to give us the lecture. Truly, truly appreciate this advocacy you are doing. You’re the kind of visitor every country would like to have - one who shares time and their passion. Would love to meet you in the future - really, really intrigued by you. All for now

and keep it up. – Joaquin Buenaflor, Manager , JD Astro

I just would like to tell you, that the training was a life-changing experience for me. Thank you for the generosity of sharing your knowledge. So many concepts to mull over, and do self-reflections on. They all make sense, and yet, they’re not easy to follow. I can only hope to change myself little by little using these learnings. I always go back to my notes, so that I may be able to reflect regularly. I admit it wasn’t easy to take in all of those topics in just two days. They overwhelmed me, but then again, that’s to be expected. They’re years and years worth of lessons, that you graciously gave us in two days. Hats off to you – I know that wasn’t easy. I really appreciate you and your effort in making the topics understandable and full of real-life examples. I admit, my favorite examples were the ones you shared about you and your wife, as well as your example with your daughter. I have a 3 year-old daughter who asks to buy a lot of stuff too when we’re in the mall. I’m excited to buy her a purse of her own, and teach her how to budget and be responsible of her finances when she gets a bit older, and know how to understand price tags. Once again, THANK YOU. Hope to see more of your workshops in the future, because we’re looking forward to sending more of our people to attend them!

The lasting effect of the workshop you have provided won’t seem to diminish any time soon, if at all. It has provided the necessary, or rather critical nudge to be consistently excellent, as Aristotle put it, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an option, but a habit”. This has been my motto ever since I became a trainer and it was such an inspiration to see it flashed in one of your slides. Things got even better when you said, and I quote, “We cannot achieve perfection, only excellence”. It was then that I knew I was in the right place and I was not wrong about it this time. I’ve been wrong so many times in my career and that has made me better. My choice to attend this seminar for two days is one of the instances that I need not make a mistake to learn how to get up. I had learned so much from this workshop (About 30 pages of notes) and I intend to use every single learning with every aspect of my life. My greatest learning out of all of it was that life can actually be better if you will it to be -- by being proactive in every situation. I choose to be the most effective catalyst for positive societal change by starting with myself. Thank you for making that possible, Raj. To you, I offer more than applause: I offer my gratitude and friendship. :)

One day, I got an invite from him for a Personal & Interpersonal Effectiveness workshop which he would facilitate. I never regretted having attended that workshop as he was an amazing facilitator and it was very evident that he “walks the talk”. The fact that he provided us that free workshop - which was based on Dr. S. Covey’s 7 Habits - was a testament of his noble personal mission to help and develop better leaders. Thanks a lot, Raj! I hope this society’s going to have more people like you.

The art of being a noble leader has been evident by connecting to Filipino leaders by conducting this workshop. I am one of those fortunate Filipino professionals who have been part of the recently concluded “Habits for Personal and Interpersonal Effectiveness Workshop”. Raj has inspired me not only be his workshop lectures and notes taken during the workshop but also by his attitude and personality wherein he was able to replicate during the 2 day workshop I attended . Looking forward to your more influential years of connecting and inspiring more people and leaders.

I have attended a workshop facilitated by Rajesh. He was very accommodating to all our questions and really encouraged us to share our thoughts and opinion in relation to our theme. He freely shared his experiences without any hesitations. I enjoyed the workshop so much as it gave me a different perspective and had left questions in my mind that made me reflect and assess my character and personality not just as a leader but as a person. It changed my paradigm on how I see things which I hope would further develop my leadership and interpersonal skills. Great work Rajesh, please continue to be an inspiration to many individuals. :)
