SETTLEMENT: Payment is due, in full 30 days from date of invoice.

CREDIT: We regret that we are unable to offer further credit to customers who do notcomply with our settlement terms.

It is the policy of Capital to request payment on delivery of any goods to allnew customers. Account facilities will be set up thereafter for futurepurchases, pending a completed application form and credit references.

Goods charged remain the property of Capital Cleaning (Kent) Limited untilpaid for in full, although the risk therein and all liability to third parties shallpass to the purchaser on delivery.

We reserve the right to charge 2.5% interest above Bank Rate on invoicevalue if payment is not received by the end of the month following themonth of invoice date.

We also reserve the right to revoke all discounts that have been allowed onany order that has extended our credit terms.

WEIGHTS: All weights and measures given in this list are approximate and as providedby our suppliers. No liability can be accepted for any discrepancies.

SAMPLES: Sample clothing is supplied on a sale or return basis. Any samplesubsequently returned after a period in excess of 30 days will be subject toour restocking charge. Samples will not be accepted for return unless theyare in an as new condition and in the original packaging.

COLOURS: Capital only provides garments from the most reputable of manufactures.We are however unable as suppliers to guarantee the colouration or sizingof garments, as manufactures themselves will not guarantee these factorswith any garments sold

PERSONALISATION: No personalisation of garments will be undertaken without prior signedapproval of a proof and all liability for errors thereafter passes to thepurchaser.

Orders will only be accepted for personalisation of garments if placed inwriting as mistakes cannot be rectified after the event.

RETURNS: Personalised goods will not be accepted for return under anycircumstances. Any un-personalised goods ordered and subsequentlyreturned for any reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

CARRIAGE: No carriage charges are made for deliveries on orders of £75.00 plus VATand over. Orders placed totalling less than £75.00 plus VAT will be subjectto a carriage charge of £8.50 plus VAT.

DISCOUNTS: There are discretionary discounts available dependent upon quantitiesrequired.

PRICES: Prices are listed separately and are correct at time of going to press,although prices are subject to alteration without prior notice, (we areentirely in the hands of our suppliers on this matter).

VAT: All prices given in our price lists are exclusive of VAT, which must be addedat the current rate.
