Here, we find creative inspiration and the local ingredients for the visionary recipes our Michelin-starred chef, Cornelius Gallagher, creates.

In addition, our Global Culinary Brand Ambassador, world-renowned chef Daniel Boulud, designed complimentary signature dishes for Luminae, our private dining experience included for all Retreat guests. We’re also introducing our Chef’s Table by Daniel Boulud, complete with a private galley tour and five-course dining experience available for all guests.
