A major integrated electricity company has decided to renew its highly qualified staff in several core businesses, especially the plant operators. This underscores the need to strengthen skills management for ensuring the integration of newcomers as well as maintaining normal services. Capgemini was asked to get a Digital Control Rooms (DCR) solution
