Straight or Water At Angel’s Share we offer a small glass of water with a mini pipette, so you could decide exactly how much water you would like in your whisky. By adding a small dash of water to a whisky, you could open up different, new and subtle flavours that you previously haven’t experienced. This is especially true when drinking cask strength whiskies that have higher alcohol level.

Adding Ice Adding large amount of ice will drop the temperature of the whisky drastically, making it easier to drink, but dulls the flavours. We suggest dropping a very small block of ice into the whisky which will help to slightly lower the temperature, but won’t over dilute your whisky.

Ice ball or large block of ice With the larger service area, the ice will melt slower, which means your whisky won’t dilute as quickly. Ideal for beginners or whiskies with higher alcohol level.

Glassware We suggest using the Glencairn nosing glass to appreciate your whisky. The tapering mouth of the glass captures and focuses the aromas on the nose.
