The advisor is a label we use for our inner voice, which tries to keep us safe by evaluating everything (including ourselves) and giving us advice one what we and others "should" do. Our advisor guesses what might happen, and suggests what we might do next.

• The 4 steps to flexible advising:1. Pause. Remember thoughts are ok to

have, even critical ones2. Consider if “this thought’ helps you

connect with vitality 3. If you are stuck, step into D or N4. Remember you can train your advisor

Social view is remembering that other people have D, N, A and V too, and although we might guess what others’ think and feel, we need to check these guesses out.
