Every week we are going to set you a transition challenge to help start to prepare you for Year 2. Mrs Lewer has set this week’s challenge. She would really like to know your thoughts about what it is like to go to school at Ditton Infants. You could draw or write a sentence about your favourite things at school. Send your ideas to your teacher and then they will put them all together and send them to Mrs Lewer. Mrs Lewer is then going to share your thoughts with the children who are going to be starting Reception in September. ‘The Dot’ by Peter H Reynolds This week’s home learning is based on the book ‘The Dot’ by Peter H Reynolds which you can watch here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Clpw7PG7m1Q Grown-ups: We recommend that you supervise your child’s activity whilst using this website. Transition

Can you believe that this is your final term as a Year 1? This year has flown by and although it hasn’t gone

exactly how we expected it to we really hope that you have enjoyed Year 1. Every week we are going to set you

a transition challenge to help start to prepare you for Year 2.

Mrs Lewer has set this week’s challenge. She would really like to know your thoughts about what it is like to go

to school at Ditton Infants. You could draw or write a sentence about your favourite things at school. Send your

ideas to your teacher and then they will put them all together and send them to Mrs Lewer. Mrs Lewer is then

going to share your thoughts with the children who are going to be starting Reception in September.
