Hi Teaching Friend,

I created this activity to be open ended. You could have your students write a letter to the Earth or tell ways they can help the Earth. In my classroom the children are going to create two variations of the same page. On one they will create an environment with litter and on the other they will create a healthy environment. Then write about each one comparing and contrasting the two. Students can draw litter an animals or find pictures in a magazine to glue on the picture. You could also have the students do an opinion piece about which environment they would prefer. The students could also visualize a healthy environment and then write about it.
