Asbestos Drop-off Declaration form The City of Fremantle is hosting a free asbestos drop-off event at the City of Fremantle Recycling Centre. This free drop-off is for residents only (no commercial operators) and for a maximum of 165kg of asbestos (approximately 3–4 sheets of fencing) per load. To participate in the drop-off day you must complete this form and bring it on the day.
