The following is more detailed evidence from our internal investigation of the facts. These items make it clear that the law was broken by the judge in his misapplication of the law to fabricate a conviction. It enforces the finding that this case was neither thoroughly investigated nor prosecuted. RESOLVED: This decision does not cite evidence to the contrary. • Davinci Virtual is a Legitimate company which offers virtual offices for many different companies. Below you will find the copy of a chat that I had with an employee at Davinci concerning our Miami Address. They assured me that the monthly rates they required would provide our company with an array of services such as mail forwarding, access to offices in the building, etc.

• Secondly, we are providing a copy of an invoice we received from Davinci Virtual for our “nonexistent affiliation” with that Miami address.

• A couple of emails showing that others were involved as well... We had a web designer working on the site.... we had spoken to my mother about doing the payroll (Pay4families)...... we had spoken with another individual about working on the Charity.

Mom

When you get a chance, go and check out our website. Its all fixed. We had a couple of web designers from California working on it and then we decided to go with a high school student from a small fishing town to fix what the web designers had done. Check out the end result, it might not be all professional now but at least it's legible.

P.S. FYI........................ The small fishing village is more commonly known as St. Lawrence, and it's funny how a high school kid can fix the mistakes of professionals.

Let me know what you think

Alright, I'm at work at the moment, and they have a filter set up for zip files, and just about every other filetype as well, so I'll have a look at it later this evening and I'll get back to you on it by tomorrow.

I'm sending the files as a zip. All the information has already been transferred to the new template and all i need is to have the pages linked. Have a look at this and let me know.

thank-youRéyanne

So what your saying is that you want the template from the first page applied to all the other pages on your site? That sounds doable. I would need access to all the orignal files for the template (the images, flash files, etc.), and all the other pages that you want converted to that template. but yes, I defininatly think I could do it. As for a price, well I've never done anything like this freelance before, so I'm not quite sure what a resonable price to charge is. So how about after I get a look at the amount of work to be done (that is, after i get a look at the original template files, and and how many pages you want converted to that template) you can just sort of tell me what your price range is and we can go from there. Hey........... yeah, I was talking to Vicki and she told me that you are really good with stuff like that. I'm having trouble with my website. I had it up and running but then i bought a flash template. I have everything on the pages but i can't seem to link the pages. I contacted my hosting company to see if they could help but what they did was make it worse. They said that they couldn't link the pages to the homepage and now the site has 2 templates and not all pages are even showing up. The web addy is: www.aid4families.com You can take a look and let me know what you think. The template is want is the first one you see when you get there, you'll notice though, that when you click on a link the template to the other pages is different. I have all the work done on the template i want but i just need to have those pages linked without using the second design. I'd appreciate any help i could get. Let me know if it's possible to fix and how much it would cost.

thanksRéyanne

Hi,

Vickie Locklyre from St. Lawrence, Newfoundland was talking to me and said you had some questions about your website, or something like that? Well, if you e-mail me back I'll see what I can do.

• Aid4families Charity was very real. Suppose there as an email that proves that we planned to add A4FC as a ploy to separate people from their money with no real thought or intention of helping anyone. Now suppose there is an email where we continue to recruit talent to spearhead our interests into this area. Suddenly, it goes from damning to vindicating. Here it is:

Countrys that currently have the power are producing power. I have drawn a pitiful graph of how a multi-story facility with several below ground could be set up to produce corn for ethanol, if we can finish the process ourselves then we would reap more of the benefits but if nothing else we could be large scale corn producers. I think this really makes sense to give employment and wealth to an area like Haiti, plus make it profitable to maintain for everyone involved. We could turn Haiti and parts of Africa suffering from poverty into a new middle east. It's up to you to work out some of the details to make my idea seem sane -----good luck :)

These emails are supplements to research and telephone conversations among other things, to make these efforts a reality. The A4FC was a very real and extremely important part of our plans.

• What in 2006, could have led us to believe that we could open an organization offering 10% return on peoples deposits and have any legitimate reason to believe that we could make good on it?Hmmmm lets see......

So here is the non-bigoted, sane narrative: After spending 6 to 7 years working at various firms and spending our own money in developing a trading strategy it comes together as aid4families. From there we recruit those closest to us to empower and delegate responsibilities to. That's what we were in the middle of doing, 8-10 months later, when the clients start to flow in and industry and government do a 180 on us.

Please note: We never used any alias in any official capacity nor does he assert that the use of an alias is illegal, since it isn't. What he does is concoct an outlandish motive of using the name to deceive clients in the size of the organization. As we stated before, his assertion lacks credibility because the bank accounts say Reyanne, the business license says Reyanne, the AMF complaint says Reyanne & the warrant said Reyanne. Jessica, being the only name potential clients were exposed to prior to joining, would not make people think that there are more people working there than they could find at Dunn & Bradstreet. To belabor the point, clients talk to “Jessica” until they received a signed copy of their contract from Mr. Matthews.

If in the face of this overwhelming evidence,it doesn't make our innocence 100% clear then you not only haven't a afforded us the presumption of innocence then you are incapable of even conceiving the possibility of our innocence.
