Please note: open every weekend from Saturday 14 November until Sunday 20 December 2009 including Friday 18 December, Monday

21 December and Tuesday 22 December. Santa’s secret hideaway, elves’ workshop, Mrs Christmas’ kitchen, arts and crafts and Christmas

theatre all operate to a timetable. Please ensure that you arrive on time for your designated slot as late arrivals cannot be reallocated. Kielder

Winter Wonderland is a children’s experience ideally suited for children four to ten years of age and as such the number of adults that can

attend certain activities may be limited. Children under the age of one cannot participate in all of the activities but will receive a gift from Santa.

Age, height and skate size restrictions apply on some of the experiences. This is an outdoor winter experience and subject to changeable

weather conditions. Please dress appropriately – warm outdoor clothing and outdoor winter footwear are advised. Terms and conditions apply.

Telephone calls may be recorded for training purposes. Winter Wonderland is a very popular event and therefore you may experience long

waiting times when booking by telephone. Please check call charges with network provider. Amendment to bookings will cost £7.00.

Santa letterAs part of your Winter Wonderland

experience, you can choose to have

a special letter sent from Santa, at

an additional charge of £5 per child.

Kielder Winter Wonderland is the enchanting Santa experience that keeps amazing

children who visit the festive forest landscape. With a variety of activities throughout the day, your

experience is sure to be as action packed as it is magical.

Leaplish Waterside Park on the shores of Kielder Water, will become another Winter Wonderland full of

surprises and attractions for the whole family to enjoy.

Open every weekend from Saturday 14 November until Sunday 20 December 2009 including Friday 18

December, Monday 21 December and Tuesday 22 December.

A day pass, including all of the activities, costs £27 per child and £27 per adult.

For children under the age of one the cost is £5. A booking fee of £4.50 also applies.

Should you wish to book a Kielder lodge you must book your accommodation

and Winter Wonderland tickets together by calling 0845 155 1553. Group

bookings of 12 persons or more must also be booked by telephone.

Lines are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
