• BTW intend to trial Wholesale Content Connect (WCC)

• TDM/Ethernet (BTW)• 2Mbit/s and above feasibility study recommended:

– Retain majority of existing 20C PPC products– Incorporate 21CN components over time

• Work continues on sub 2Mbit feasibility

Supplemental agreements to all industry players in June – lots of follow up

Vast majority have signed to Supplemental

Still some rejecters (currently 9) and no-responses (around 9) – predominantly small players.

Now finalising references to Ofcom – obviously Ofcom require carefully and formal documentation

Once submitted/accepted, Ofcom dispute target of 4 months for decision

Reminder of 6 months notice period before takes effect

Generally following review process agreed for MSA – though running a little late because of prioritised focus on MSA

Some progress made re e.g. liabilities, force majeure, warranties, conduct of indemnified events

Ongoing issues identified include pricing changes, pricing retrospection, interest rates

BT working up a summary to help identify progress and unresolved issues

More discussion required – need to agree programme with industry group

Interconnect notification prepared to update wider industry of the situation – and point them to the website

• Overflow routings from one BT Switch Connection to another BT Switch Connection is:

• Not allowed at the BT Tandem Layer for any traffic types except NTS

• Allowed at the BT DLE layer but subject to restrictions based on whether the number ranges are used for voice calls, data calls or mixed voice/data calls.

5.4.3.1 General overflow rules paragraph - Changed to allow overflow routings to be provided for all BT to CP direction traffic streams for which the Operator is responsible, with the exception of FRIACO, Single Tandem FRIACO and Targeted Transit.

5.4.3.2 DLE overflow paragraph – Changed to allow overflow routings without restrictions whether Calls are voice, data or mixed voice/data.

5.4.5.1 Indirect Access Traffic & Carrier Pre-Selection Traffic paragraph - Changed to allow overflow routings to be provided.

5.4.5.2 118 Directory Enquiry Traffic paragraph - Changed to allow overflow routings to be provided.
