Activities on the platform aim at developing communicative language skills with main focus on reading, listening and writing in business environment. The large variety of letters offers useful models for business correspondence.
-The dialogues and simulations in the sections “In the Office” and “On the Phone”, as well as the interactive practice provide useful models which can be then applied in real life situations.

All through the course special attention is given to activities which aim at developing professional skills needed by office staff: elaborating different texts, using appropriate degrees of formality when interacting with different interlocutors, presenting relevant information about the company, designing a web page, using the Internet for professional purpose etc.

There are plenty of opportunities for the user to practise the new structures in context by doing the tasks in the Grammar Practice section.
The grammar structures under focus in each unit are highlighted in blue and the user has direct access to the pages with clear explanations and relevant examples. Most models come from the business environment, which provides a real support for the user.
The approach to grammar is communicative and the grammar aspects have been selected and adapted to everyday business communication.
