How Can We Partner to Better Serve OUR Customers

• Always important to have the MDOT traffic cameras• MDOT could provide volume data for each route (this would

assist us in the impact an incident has on our customers)• Development of a system that takes communications with law

enforcement (for example radio comms to trooper) to automatically generate a text / email or other notification direct to me (like a voice-to-text system)
