Nato con oltre trent’annid’esperienza, l’estrusoremonovite X-TRU 215/5perfeziona le già ottimeprestazioni del suoprogenitore ESC.E’ stato studiato nei reparti di ricerca e sviluppo GBS con l’obiettivo di rispondere alle sempre più pressantirichieste del mercato, intermini di qualità epresentazione del prodotto �nito.Una prerogativadell’estrusore X-TRU 215/5 è la pre-cottura alungo tempo delle miscele ad uso alimentare e zootecnico, per una migliorata

omogeneizzazione,sani�cazione egelatinizzazione degliamidi, ed un migliorcontrollo del processo dicottura e formazione delprodotto.Tutte le parti in contattocon le farine sonorealizzate in acciaio inox.Il cannone, monovite, èmodulare nella sualunghezza e si avvale delle più modernetecnologie per il dosaggiovapore e l’aggiunta liquidie di automazione per ilcontrollo del processo dicottura e formazione delprodotto �nito.

L’estrusore X-TRU 215/5 è fornito di uncondizionatore a lungotermine CONDISAN per iltrattamento a vapore delle miscele, che conl’ausilio di calore indirettoa mezzo di schermitermici con termostato,consente un’ottimalegestione delle temperature. Laparticolare conformazionedelle pale a doppio effetto garantiscel’omogeneizzazione el’uniformità deltrattamento secondo ilprincipio “FI-FO” (First In - First Out). Equipaggiato con motoreprincipale della potenza di 160 kW, l’estrusore X-TRU 215/5 (nella

versione base) è fornito di un cannone a cinquemoduli.Ciascun modulo è fornitodi una particolare sonda di controllo dellatemperatura e di unsistema di raffreddamentoad intercapedine.Sono previste due sonde di controllo dellapressione, una sul terzomodulo prima della sezione con i perni dirottura, che permettono di migliorare lamiscelazione del prodotto e l’altra sul quinto moduloprima della trafila, inpresenza di pressionimaggiori, per la gestioneottimale della fase diformazione.

Indirect heat from the heating blanketsgrants an optimalmanagement oftemperatures.The special design of thedouble effect paddlesensures the besthomogenisation anduniformity of treatmentbased on the FI-FOprinciple (First In - FirstOut).Powered by a 160 kWelectric motor, the basicversion of the extruder type X-TRU 215/5 has abarrel formed by five

modules.Each module is providedwith a temperature probeand a cooling chambersystem.This new machine features two pressurecontrol probes, one located on the third module just before thekneading area, where thebreaker bolts are fitted. The other is on the lastmodule before the dieplate, for controlling theshaping process where the pressure is at thehighest level.

I settori di vite ed i modulisono stati sottoposti atrattamenti di indurimentocon carburi di tungsteno e l’ultimo modulo, soggetto all’attrito piùelevato, è provvisto dicamicia intercambiabile.
